Win £500 to spend at a Handpicked Hotel

Terms and conditons.

1. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoters, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter simply leave your name and email address, or allow you badge to be scanned, on Etelligent’s stand (A213) at the Online Marketing Show, Olympia, 29th - 30th June 2010. Entries without a valid email address cannot be accepted and will not be included in the draw.
3. All entrants have an equal and random chance of winning the prize.
4. The winner will be informed by email or phone on or before 13th July 2010.
5. No purchase is necessary.
6. The prize is a £500 voucher to spend as the winner wishes at a Handpicked Hotel. You must book your stay by 30th June 2011. Bookings can be made by contacting The Promoters.
7. The Promoters’ reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available. No cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available. No contribution to travel costs will be available.
8. The winner’s name and county will be available by emailing philip.bryan@colony101.co.uk between 1st and 30th July 2010. Additionally this information will be available at www.etelligent.co.uk.
9. By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoters’ or its agencies.
10. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoters, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoters reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so.
12. Unless they request otherwise all entrants agree to being sent promotional and marketing emails from the Promoters and Hand Picked Hotels Ltd.
13.
